She is the Founder of Onward Horizons Leadership Development Associates formerly known as Education Works Consulting Services; established in 2003. As the Principal Consultant she oversees, directs and leads a broad range of global consulting services including executive coaching, leadership development, organizational development, ministerial development, spiritual coaching, Holistic health coaching, Reiki and diversity and inclusion. Dr. Ruiz consults multibillion dollar companies leading operations processes improvements, conducting business analysis, performing team assessments, developing improvement organizational change models and providing executive leadership team coaching. Dr. Ruiz is a duly ordained minister, a certified American College Healthcare Executive, a certified A WORLD OF DIFFERENCE Institute Trainer, for the Anti-Defamation League, a Human Services Board-Certified Practitioner and an Assemblies of God certified instructor. She holds a Bachelors of Science in Human Services, a Masters in Organizational Management with a Minor in Cultural Anthropology and a Ph.D. in Organizational Management and Leadership Development.
