Frequently asked questions

We connect people who are looking for home care and home health services to local service providers. Seniors, case managers, and social workers use the TrueCare24 platform to find caregivers, house call doctors, nurse practitioners, nurses, therapists, and lab & imaging services at home.
1. When we have a family looking for a private duty caregiver in your area, we will send you an email and SMS with a job description. 

2. Click the link in the SMS message and review the description. If you would like to accept the case and connect with the client for an interview, click "Learn More" and confirm legal terms. 

3. Talk to the client, tell about yourself, and discuss the rate for the service. Do mention that you got connected via the TrueCare24 platform, but you act as an individual service provider. 
You set the rate per hour, but don’t forget to add extra 20% to your price because TrueCare24 will charge a 20% service fee from invoices after you got hired. For example, if your rate is $15 per hour, then the rate you mention to the client is $15 + 20% = $18 per hour.
There is no fee to talk to the client. We got rewarded only after you got hired. The only fee we charge is the 20% scheduling service fee which you add to your rate.
Once the client confirmed that she/he is hiring you, go to your dashboard and change the status of the client to “Contract Signed.” We will set up safe payment processing between you and the client. After you provided services, every week create an invoice on your dashboard. We withdraw money from client’s account, keep our scheduling fee, and send the rest of the money to your account. You can see the status and all the history of payments on your dashboard, which is useful in case of payment disputes.
TrueCare24 doesn’t employ or contract caregivers. TrueCare24 provides a technology platform that enables users to connect easily with top rated third-party in-home care service providers. You will be providing services as an independent service provider.
