1What’s the purpose of having COVID-19 tests every month?
Periodic testing for COVID-19 is beneficial to the health and safety of your organization. By performing monthly COVID-19 testing you will be able to identify and isolate those who test positive and who have been exposed to COVID-19. This allows your organization to decrease COVID-19 transmission rates and prevent further spread of COVID-19 while maintaining optimal levels of organizational performance and productivity. The periodicity can be on a weekly or a monthly schedule depending on the company specifics.
2What’s the purpose of having COVID-19 tests if I’m looking to have all of my employees vaccinated for COVID-19?
It is still important that employees receive covid testing even after vaccination. While the effectiveness of current COVID-19 vaccines such as Moderna,Pfizer, and J&J are relatively high, people who have been vaccinated may still become infected with the virus that causes COVID-19 and could still spread the virus to others. Unlike COVID-19 testing, the employees can choose to vaccinate or not. Hence, a multi pronged approach is required to maintain health and wellness within the premises to encourage the people to come to work in person.
3Can my business downgrade to a different plan after signing up?
We will collaborate with you to tailor the plan for each office location. Hence, the flexibility is there based on the specific requirements.
4Can my company cancel if we are not happy with the services?
Customer Satisfaction and Success are our top priorities. We will work with you to ensure the happiness is delivered.
5 Can my business get a special discount if we have more than 40 employees?

6What’s the difference between “Member Subsidized Price” and Billed to Insurance”?
The wellness services (e.g. COVID-19 testing, vaccination, etc.) can be billed to the majority of insurances. If the insurance covers the specific service, there are no additional charges for the respective service. In the situation when insurance does not cover the specific service or is unable to reimburse, we will be charging the member subsidized price at discounted rates.
7What’s the price of PCR COVID-19 Test at Home per employee outside of the packages? And what’s the price when subscribed to one of the plans?
The member subsidized price gives you access to discounted rates which are unavailable otherwise outside the plan. Please engage with your specific account executive to go over the above options available for the specific location and needs.

11What if the market price for COVID-19 Test goes down in the coming during my subscription period?

12How does the COVID-19 vaccination process work? Can I schedule my staff to be vaccinated as soon as I subscribe to a plan that offers on-site vaccination?
The account executive will be able to set up an operational call as a follow up to being subscribed to the relevant plan. During the operational call, we will cover the various aspects including the messaging, dependencies, various details and the exact date depending on the availability and the location. We take care of the delivery of a vaccination clinic end to end, while providing full visibility, communication and the accountability to the progress.
13Can my company request specific services that are not included in any of the subscription packages?
Absolutely, there are several offerings we will be rolling out quarterly. Hence, there are chances that we may be able to roll the specific ask for your company e.g. mental wellness, diabetic screening, cancer screening, etc.
14What are the services expected to be offered in each individual package? Will the prices change?
Yes, the individual package pricing is different from an enterprise offering price. Please engage with your specific account executive to go over the above options available for you.
15Can my company expect subscription price increases during the 12 months commitment?
No. The subscription price is locked and remains the same for the commitment unless the plan is changed. Please note that we will add services to the plan without impacting the subscription price.
16Where do I find the Terms of Services and/or the Service Agreement for the Health & Wellness subscription packages?
Please engage with your specific account executive to share the above Service Agreement.
17My business is looking for Biometric Screening & Staff Health Risk Assessment. Can I customize my package?
Yes. Please engage with your specific account executive to go over the above options available for the specific location and needs.
18Do you have an app or a digital dashboard where my company can track and report on a monthly basis?
Yes, we share a real time HIPAA compliant dashboard with multi admin access to gain visibility across all the satellite locations to enable business decision making.
19Will my business be able to change the number of employees of our monthly subscription if we see a reduction of the staff count during our 12 months commitment?
Yes. Please engage with your specific account executive to go over the above options available for the specific location and needs.
20Can my company subscribe some employees into a package and others in another plan?
Yes. You can customize the plan for a subset of employees or on a per location basis. As an example, 50 employees will be on plan Bronze while 60 will be on plan Silver while the rest are on Titanium.
21My company has fewer than 10 employees. Should we expect any upcharge at all?
Please engage with your specific account executive to go over the available options available for your specific needs. Do note the plans are extensible to family members across the US as well.
22Do you have references or testimonials to share from other companies who have subscribed to any of the Health & Wellness plans before we commit to 12 months
Yes. Please engage with your specific account executive to facilitate the references and/or testimonials from our current customers.
23Does my company have a cooling-off period to cancel the subscription? How many days do we have?
The wellness plans come with a commitment. For any escalations, we will be remedying it within a reasonable timeframe. Please go through the agreement to understand the details of the cooling-off period.
24When would my services start after my company subscribes to one of the packages?
Typically, the onboarding takes 7-10 business days
25Will my company have a dedicated account manager in any of the subscription packages?
Yes, the account manager will be in constant touch to answer any further questions and collaborate with.
26What to expect on the pre-day launch details?
The pre-day launch will cover each step and dependencies to minimize any surprises. It is a good resource to know and understand the best practises and the do’s and don'ts. Typically, the launch provides clarity to Day 1.
27How is the monthly subscription calculated? What is the price of each component per month?
The subscription pricing is simple and straightforward. It is aon a monthly cycle based on per employee per month.
